He is a CCNA Certified Network Engineer and a RedHat Certified System Administrator with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from NMAMIT, Nitte. Glenn has experience working with Hyper Converged Infrastructure and Virtualization using Microsoft HyperV, VMware ESXi, and Nutanix AHV. He has also been trained in Linux, Windows, ESXi, Nutanix Components, and other server technologies. During his time at Nutanix, Glenn was a part of a Python-based project that ran essential checks on clusters to determine server health. In addition to his technical expertise, Glenn is also a YouTuber with a music channel, a musician, photographer, and videographer. He was even an exchange student at Ritsumeikan University in Japan, where he learned technologies such as Image Processing and Basics of Machine Learning during the Sakura Student Exchange Program between India and Japan. At Rubrik, Glenn provides expert-level technical support through proactive notifications generated by a monitoring system that leverages AI and ML technologies. He also assists customers in resolving technical known issues and instituting best practices. Furthermore, he contributes to product enhancements and changes by closely working with Support Engineering, engineering, and product teams based on feedback from customers and field teams.
