Gopi Nath is a self-motivated professional with strong techno-functional skills. He is currently working as a Research Associate (Contract) for Software and Cloud Services at IDC. His responsibilities include modeling software and cloud services vendor revenue semiannually for IDC Worldwide Tracker products. He is also responsible for tracking, analyzing, and market sizing of the domain market on a quarterly/semiannual basis. Gopi is skilled in developing cloud models using standard research methodology and quality checking with market and regional analysts to make right estimates. He is also proficient in reviewing and interpreting semiannual vendor survey responses and automating modeling data flow and other tasks using VBA scripts. Prior to his current role, Gopi worked as a Market Research Intern at industryarc™ where he conducted primary and secondary research, assisted analysts in making syndicate reports, and produced extensive research reports on market dynamics in the relevant industry. He also worked as a PHP Developer at Sun Software Solutions Ltd where he was responsible for integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers, producing detailed specifications, troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality, and contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle. Gopi holds a PGDM in Marketing from the International School of Management Excellence and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from Kalasalingam University. He also attended Sivakasi Nadar HR Sec School.Madurai. Gopi is skilled in research science, PHP, integration, testing, and frontend development. He has over 10 years of relevant experience in the industry.
