Gottam Sai Bharath is a highly motivated Data and Machine Learning Engineer at DHSE with over 5 years of experience in developing distributed ML platforms for enabling seamless decision making at American Express. He is always curious and interested in learning and working on new technologies. Bharath's biggest highlight and proudest moment was when his team received the highest possible award in the company, the Edward P. Gilligan Award for Innovation 2019. Additionally, his team was awarded runner-up for the AIconics Award in Corporate innovation. Bharath's experience at Amex includes developing solution architecture for decoupling tight integration with underlying infrastructure using virtual environments, developing an ML portal, and creating a service architecture called ML-as-a-Service. He also developed a generic machine learning development kit that allows anyone to use ML algorithms seamlessly. Bharath has also worked on developing a test framework for UI automation as part of the CI/CD process and successfully organized a Machine learning developer conference (ML-DevCon) to create awareness of the ML tools that are powered by the machine learning studio provided by the team enterprise-wide. Currently, Bharath is working on an Enterprise platform to build and deploy AI-ML solutions at scale, powering a consistent unified experience in the journey of AI-ML by enabling users to fully and responsibly leverage AEXP data assets to power decisions for the enterprise. He is also the current maintainer of an open-source repository for Jupyter server proxy extension for mlflow tracking server. Bharath's education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli. His tech stack includes ML, Jupyter, AWS, AI, test, Selenium, CI/CD, Integration, UI, infra, Python, Java, Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka.
