Gunjan Sharma is a high-energy individual with a passion for emerging technologies and entrepreneurship. As a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, she specializes in DevSecOps and Backend. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Management Information Systems from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where she aims to develop a strong technological and business acumen. Gunjan has amassed experience working in product development, client delivery, and DevOps for Infosys Infrastructure Management Solution Suite (IIMSS), a cloud ecosystem hub. She was also a research trainee at the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, DRDO Bangalore, where she worked on Software Defined Networks (SDN). Gunjan has a keen interest in disruptive technology and the ways in which technologies like artificial intelligence, cloud computing, DevOps, and blockchain are transforming the industry. She is a member of the leadership council for 3 Day Startup and a McFerrin fellow associated with the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship. She has also been an active member of NGOs such as Rotaract and Teach a Child. Aside from her academic pursuits, Gunjan enjoys working with like-minded individuals and immersing herself in an entrepreneurial ecosystem with a focus on improving society. She has excellent public speaking skills and has been a Toastmaster and core member of the Monday Improv Group while at Infosys. Gunjan's education history includes a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Texas A&M University. She also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Chandigarh College of Engineering & Technology (Degree Wing), Panjab University.
