Harish Gunda is a highly experienced Performance Engineer, Project Manager, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified SAFe 5.1 Scaled Agile and SAFe 5.1 POPM professional with over 10 years of experience in end-to-end testing, including functional and non-functional testing. He has more than five years of experience in Scrum Master and Product Management roles. Harish has worked on Talend Development Tool for ETL Data Transformation and has extensive experience in organizing and facilitating release planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, grooming meetings, retrospectives, planning, and demos among diverse groups. He has a strong track record of gathering and reporting all relevant Agile metrics, including burn down charts, team velocity, cycle time, cumulative flow, and more. He has working knowledge of Microservices and Docker containers and can design and execute automation scripts using J-Meter and Load Runner. He can also analyze AppDynamics and SPLUNK and has good knowledge of KAFKA implementation. Harish has analyzed performance testing reports by looking into Java log files, Thread dump, and log files for troubleshooting.
