Harsh Anand is a Senior Risk Analyst at Credit Suisse with over 6 years of relevant experience in the finance industry. He is responsible for the development and validation of risk reports for cluster sign-off in a timely manner, providing analysis on Greeks of various financial products to the Market Risk Managers, and implementing control measures to reduce erroneous reporting. He is also actively participating with team members for scope finding and automation of risk reports measuring risk sensitives, tail risk scenarios, and VaR’s (Stressed, CVar, RegVar). Harsh has completed migrations/trainings for several reports to respective clusters in India and Poland. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Harsh worked as a Senior Analyst at Nomura where he was responsible for EMEA Trader support, trade enrichment & trade fixes, DNA functional enhancement testing, creating reporting sets for clients, commission/interest/wire postings in GMI, macro development and EF cash automation, RCSA presentations, FM to CRS project, taking trainings on Fixed income and Derivatives, TTCA Migration, designing KPI, SOP documentation, and interest/wire postings in GMI. Harsh holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance from Alliance University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University. He is also a CFA charter holder. Harsh is proficient in SQL and has experience working with test automation tools.
