Harsh Arora is a results-driven Software Engineer with a passion for empowering and improving his own and others' circumstances. He has exceptional knowledge of data structures and algorithms, as well as experience in developing full-stack MERN apps. Harsh is a regular code contributor to esteemed open-source organizations like Mozilla, Fossasia, and Scorelabs, and his abilities extend to critical thinking and decision-making with proficiency in collaboration. Harsh's professional journey began in high school, where he focused his career path and academic pursuits on learning and developing all significant skills necessary to be great as a Software Developer. He is currently a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where he continues to hone his skills and make valuable contributions to the company. Prior to joining Microsoft, Harsh worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon, where he worked with the Global Mile Marketplace Expansion team. During his internship, he designed and deployed an end-to-end system from scratch to streamline and ease the on-call process for engineers. He also participated as team captain in Amazon Global Mile Hackathon 2021 and successfully bagged 1st prize and the "Moonshot award" in India regional qualifiers. His excellent performance earned him a full-time offer after successful completion of the internship. Harsh's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 2021. He has also gained relevant experience in web development and software engineering, totaling 2.19 years.
