Prior to founding AllFive, Harsha served as the Director of Product at Careerplug, where he was responsible for overseeing the development of various applications, including Campaigns and Influencers, Orders, and Workflow. He was also responsible for co-designing product architecture and leading a product vision across the company. Harsha worked extensively with the UX team to design concepts and A/B test with customers and prospects. He was responsible for product roadmap, business cases, analyzing customer usage metrics, and working with Product Marketing to develop messaging documents and marketing collateral. Harsha's experience also includes working as a Product Manager at Abyss, where he was responsible for developing product solutions for customers seeking to source, create, and measure compelling social media content. He was responsible for leading a product vision across the company and building consensus on priorities to achieve results. Harsha worked closely with the UX team to design concepts and A/B test with customers and prospects.
