Harsha Shende is a highly skilled and experienced Lead Design Engineer with over 12 years of experience in design, development, and execution of test cases in testing life cycle. Harsha has a strong working experience in manual and automation testing for graphics drivers and has good development experience in designing test cases for graphics driver using graphics languages like OpenGL, OpenGL ES 1/2/3, GLSL and EGL. Harsha's expertise also includes a strong working knowledge of Unix and scripting languages like shell, python, and perl. Currently working at Imagination Technologies, Harsha has worked on IMG Ray tracing EXT and OPENGLES 3.0 extension GL_EXT_tessellation_shaders. Harsha has also developed applications to test OpenGL 4.3 features like compute shader, shader storage buffer objects, atomic counter, program interface query, separate shader objects, image load store. Additionally, Harsha has developed an application to test GLSL 300es features like new texture functions, interface blocks, and layout qualifiers. Harsha has written automation scripts using shell script, perl, and python and has worked on graphics APIs (opengles 1.1 and 2.0.) to test graphics drivers for an embedded platform. Harsha holds a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from the College of Engineering Pune and completed secondary school from Bhansali Vidya Mandir Public School, MP. Harsha's technical skills include testing and Python, and Harsha has relevant experience of 12.79 years.
