Harsha Vattem is a highly skilled software engineer with over 4 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. Harsha has a few years of development experience and has worked with Java and Golang, but is also capable of quickly grasping other languages and new tools. Before joining Rubrik, Harsha worked at Salesforce.com, where he held two different positions as a Software Engineer MTS and AMTS. As part of the Core Foundational Services team, he handled mission-critical services for the Salesforce platform. Harsha was responsible for the caching infrastructure for Salesforce, which handled 500b operations a day. As part of the caching scrum team, he worked on improving, innovating, monitoring, and maintaining the service. Harsha also filed two patents during his time at Salesforce. Harsha holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He also completed his Higher Secondary School education from FIITJEE and his High School education from Chirec International School.
