Harshini Mohan is an experienced Business Analytics and Product Analytics professional with over 8 years of relevant experience. Currently, she is working as an Advanced Analytics Manager at Sam's Club, where she is responsible for leading and managing the advanced analytics team. Harshini has a strong background in Operations Research, Data Science, and ETL processes. In her previous role as an Operations Research Analyst at West Corporation, Harshini led strategic business reviews with clients on a quarterly basis to review business performance and presented an analytics and data science roadmap. She identified gaps in product offerings and proactively developed and deployed solutions for a 2-way SMS product. Harshini also spearheaded the discovery process for 3 unfamiliar data sources and ensured the appropriate ETL processes were in place for the Data Science team to extract and analyze the data. She designed regression models to help identify scam calls and built risk profiles to classify fraudulent calls. Harshini has a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut. She also holds a degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology, and Research Academy.
