As a Machine Learning Engineer at Navi, I leverage my expertise in software development and machine learning infrastructure to create innovative solutions that enhance performance and efficiency. I have successfully engineered and deployed a multi-version model inference service, achieving exceptional performance benchmarks of ultra-low latency per model and high throughput while significantly reducing AWS costs. I also developed a comprehensive, scalable monitoring and alerting service for data science teams, featuring UI-driven declarative configuration, on-demand custom reporting, and intelligent alert routing. In addition to my work at Navi, I have also gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Samsung R&D Institute India, where I developed a Hindi Chatbot for Samsung Finance Service using RASA with the NLU training datasets and domains. I created multiple custom actions to facilitate multilingual support, utilizing a language-agnostic core server, Rasa NLU servers via Entity Mapping.
