Harshvardhan Gupta is a seasoned engineering leader with over 13 years of experience in software development and management. He is currently working as a Software Development Manager at Amazon Global Mile Logistics, where he is responsible for delivering world-class products and services while growing and mentoring his team. Harshvardhan is passionate about solving problems and constantly strives to innovate and improve processes. In his current role, Harshvardhan is leading a multicultural and multilingual team that works with merchants, sellers, providers, governments, and trade officials from around the world. He applies a global perspective with a local approach to eliminate borders for buyers and sellers, facilitating Amazon's expansion into new countries and creating new logistical benchmarks and "firsts" through innovation. Prior to his role at Amazon, Harshvardhan worked at Oracle as a Group Manager of Development and a Senior Software Development Manager. He contributed to the UI and infrastructural modernization of OTAC and played a crucial role in building the features, capabilities, and differentiation of Oracle Recruiting. He also supported SaaS automation, release management, sourcing, and fluid transformation initiatives for OTAC, managing a vibrant and highly capable team of over 30 people across locations and initiatives. Harshvardhan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. He has expertise in software engineering and UI development and has a strong technical background.
