Hashid Hameed is a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO with over 11 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce sector. He is currently the Founder & CEO of Codilar Technologies, where he partners with merchants and startups across the globe to help them innovate and multiply growth in the e-commerce sector. Hashid is a Magento Evangelist, leveraging his vast experience in providing guidance to startups to shape their e-commerce strategy. He wears the hat of a tech co-founder for e-commerce startups and enables Codilar's clients to woo their customers with high-performing UX-driven shopping websites and apps. Before founding Codilar Technologies, Hashid founded VTUplanet, an online resource portal for VTU engineering students. He also worked as a Magento Developer for Retailon, where he gained extensive experience in Magento backend and frontend development, multi-site and multi-store development, custom module development, and server-side performance optimization using best Magento practices (NginX + Varnish + Redis). He also has experience in creating interactive websites using bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, and creating Android apps for Magento stores using the REST API. Hashid has working knowledge in various server control panels and manages live servers using SSH. He also has experience in search engine optimization like content optimization, link building, etc. Hashid holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from AMC Engineering College, Bangalore, and completed his XII from Rani Public School, Kerala. He also attended the Indian School Salalah, Oman. His tech stack includes frontend, Android, Redis, search, backend, and web technologies.
