Hemant Gupta is a highly motivated professional with over 13 years of experience in managing contract and delivery operations, including P&L accountability and commercial management of large complex transformation outsourcing deals for telco customers in APAC and EMEA. He has gained broad knowledge across all aspects of the Telecommunication/ Information Technology Industry. Hemant's strengths lie in his leadership, management, and mentoring abilities. He is business and result-oriented, able to effectively manage complexity by establishing clear and effective communication and plans. Hemant is familiar with cross-cultural aspects of international business and global team leadership. He is a strong relationship builder, a strategic business planner, and a customer-centric leader. He currently holds the position of Regional Project Management- APAC at Tata. In his previous role as the Commercial Client Partner at Vodafone, Hemant was responsible for the successful execution and implementation of commercials and delivery operations for principal VGE customer and complex transformational deals in APAC. He built senior-level clients and understood their requirement for incremental and business transformation needs. Hemant also carried out revenue assurance initiatives and oversaw Accrual, Forecast & Change Governance Reports (CGR) including invoice validation of various accounts for proper revenue control. He was responsible for the strategic business plans for partner markets by monitoring and analyzing business and financial performance of strategic alliances. Hemant was also responsible for end-to-end ownership of revenue, margins, profit improvement plans, account growth, and overall contract management. Hemant has also worked as a Contract Manager at British Telecom, where he supervised end-to-end ownership of driving margin, profit improvement plans, account growth, and overall business ownership for Strategic contracts of BTGS in Network outsourcing domain. He reviewed & drafted contracts as well as managed contractual obligations including program agreements, vendor contracts, and order forms. Hemant holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of London and an MBA degree in International Business from Amity University. He has a strong technical background in Search, Java, Spring, Web, test, Javascript, Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer.
