Hemant Ranjan is a skilled Software Engineer with over 2 years of experience in Web and Frontend development. He is currently working at L&T-SuFin’s Web application development team at Mindtree as an SDE, where he has designed and implemented high-quality software projects using JavaScript. Hemant has also developed interactive and user-friendly modules using the AngularJS framework, making him an expert in this technology. Hemant's goal is to become a Full Stack Developer and work with a diverse team to solve complex problems in an innovative way. He is passionate about Software Development and Web Development and is constantly learning and improving his skills. At L&T-SuFin, Hemant has used AngularJS as a framework to create E2E modules that include multiple Single Page Applications (SPAs). He has also been involved in the complete development of Subscription pages and Grid pages, along with feasible UI/UX design using AngularJS. Hemant has improved the performance and response time of the application by 25% to 30% by implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques in AngularJS. Before joining Mindtree, Hemant worked as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at L&T, where he was part of the SuFin Web App Development Team. L&T - NxT got acquired by Mindtree in July'21. He has also completed a 4-week summer training program in "Introduction of AI & IoT" organized by IIT Kanpur in collaboration with iSmriti, where he learned about Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing, Convolutional Neural Network, and Advanced IoT. Hemant holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He also has experience in Physics, having completed his +2 education at Lord Buddha Public School, Aurangabad. Hemant started his education at D.A.V. Public School, Lrn, Katar, Dehri.
