Himank Airon is a highly accomplished Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful products for top-tier companies such as Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and Oracle. Currently, he is working as a Product Manager for Fundamentals (Performance, App Vitals, Growth) of Microsoft Teams for Mobile. In this role, he is responsible for managing the biggest NPS improvement opportunities for the Teams, ultimately enabling users to have fast, fluid, and lag-free experience. Himank has a diverse background in software development, analytics, and risk management. He started his career as an Application Developer-2 at Oracle, where he gained extensive experience in software development. Later, he joined Goldman Sachs as a Summer Employee and was awarded PPO for exemplary internship performance as part of the Analytics and Reporting team for Risk Division. He was charged with the responsibility of monitoring $2000Bn+ worth of complete Goldman Sachs portfolio's EPV and various market risk metrics. He also conceptualized and implemented an intelligent and dynamic dashboard system for EPV & risk monitoring and automated VaR processes using advanced statistical analysis to correlate market asset with EPV. Himank holds an Integrated Master of Technology (MTech) in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, which he is set to complete in 2022.
