Himanshu Gahlot is a motivated and reliable Data Scientist with excellent skills in Data Science. Prior to working at Mastercard, Himanshu worked as a Data Scientist at Amex, where he used unsupervised learning to suggest operation level changes to improve customer calling experience and developed an early warning detection system to identify any issues which are out of the company's domain. He has also classified comments based on business problems as per Amex standards and identified actionable items using supervised learning on comments to increase customer satisfaction. Himanshu has also worked at TCS as a Data Scientist, where he classified social media posts to help the internal hiring team to find suitable candidates and classified reviews about the product to help the company understand the needs of their customers. He has also developed a solution using Azure Data Factory for data orchestration and developed Rest API for communication between different VM's.
