Himanshu Joshi is an experienced full-stack software engineer and user experience designer with over 13 years of industry experience. He started his career as a graphic designer and spent the first six years of his career in UI and UX design roles. His passion for learning and adopting new technologies led him to web development, starting with front-end development assignments and eventually moving into full-stack development. Currently, Himanshu is a Senior Software Engineer at leadventure™, where he follows the Agile development cycle and is part of the daily scrum for planning and pointing sprint tickets. His responsibilities include completing development tasks using C#, ASP.NET, React, MS-SQL server, LINQ, Entity Framework, WebAPI, MVC, Visual Studio, Postman, and more. He creates APIs endpoints, service layers, and repository layers in C# and uses advanced React JS for building front-end views of applications. He also creates and updates controllers, views, and models of the MVC projects, works on microservices-based architecture, and uses Elasticsearch to index and search for large volumes of products in the ARI's inventory. In his past roles, Himanshu worked as a Web Developer III at leadventure™, where he customized dealer's sites or stores using available components and front-end modifications using HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery, bootstrap, Photoshop, and Adobe XD tool. He also worked at Somsey Consulting Ltd as a UX Architect, Developer, and Analyst, where he ensured the quality of the UX through regular customer reviews and feedback, worked closely with clients for their design requirements, and provided user interface designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Himanshu holds an MSc. in Computer Science from Shikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Maths, and Computers from Deshbandhu College - Delhi University. His technical skills include software engineering, JavaScript, SQL, frontend development, web design, testing, dotNET, product management, ReactJS, ASP.NET, Elastic Search, Jenkins, Redux, microservices, search, UI, and senior software engineering.
