Himanshu Kumar is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with over 6 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently working as a Lead Engineer (Backend Developer) at Teamstand, a new spin-off from D.E. Shaw Group, where he is leading the development of a SAAS product for workflow automation to be used across the industry. Prior to his current role, Himanshu worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Teamstand, where he was responsible for commercializing an internal platform used by D.E. Shaw over the years. He also worked as a Senior Member Technical at Arcesium, where he played a key role in commercializing an internal product of D.E. Shaw into a full-fledged SAAS product. Himanshu pursued his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He also holds a XII degree in Computer Science from D.A.V. Public School, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, and a X degree from S.D.S.M. School for Excellence, Sidhgora, Jamshedpur. Himanshu is proficient in a wide range of technologies and tools, including Java, AWS, Spring, UI, Web, Product Manager, Spring Boot, Search, Frontend, and Infra. He is an expert in backend development and has extensive experience in building SAAS products.
