Prior to joining Optym, Hina worked as an Applications Programmer at Wells Fargo, where she was responsible for creating Business Process Definitions for the Consumer Lending Technology Domain using IBM Business Process Management tool- Process Designer. She also served as the President of Enactus MNNIT Allahabad, an NPO that implements entrepreneurial models for underprivileged people. During her tenure, Hina organized hygiene and sanitation awareness programs in Baharia Village and turned 15 women homemakers into entrepreneurs by organizing a 'Hand-made paper-bag' workshop in Teliyarganj Slum of Allahabad. Hina holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Production & Industrial Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), where she graduated in 2016.
