Hiten Rajgor is a multi-disciplinary product designer with over 7 years of experience in designing digital products for various brands like Forbes, Yahoo, MSN, PC Mag, and more. He has diversified experience in designing projects like digital advertising, emailers, website designing, SaaS, dashboards, SERPs, blog designing, branding, and strategy. Hiten started his design journey in his first year of college when he noticed a design problem in the college's poster and went up to the college committee to get it fixed. Over the years, Hiten has gained experience in project planning, wireframe designing, information architecture, researching, user interface designing, interaction designing, front-end development, training and mentoring, and remote working. He is familiar with tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Invision Studio, Zeplin, and more. Currently, Hiten is working as a Design Lead at Carnot Technologies, where he is partly managing the design team and doing hands-on work. His responsibilities include creating and maintaining design systems, conducting regular user interviews, research, and documenting user feedback, maintaining existing B2B, D2C products, and creating new ones from scratch, hiring designers, and working closely with stakeholders, PMs, and Devs. In the past, Hiten worked as a Product Designer at self-employed consultant, where he collaborated with different teams nationally and internationally and was responsible for tasks like creating project plans, creating information architecture and scope of the project, conducting user interviews and creating user personas, creating low/high-fidelity wireframes, understanding business end, user needs and crafting strategies accordingly, creating user interface, style guides, and branding assets for the project from scratch, smooth handover of design assets to developers, and coordinating and delivering most of the projects remotely. He also worked as a UI Developer at Directi, where he took care of the front end of the projects, which includes ads, emailers, landers, and full-fledged e-commerce responsive websites. Hiten holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from L S Raheja College of Arts and Commerce. He has a tech stack that includes designer, product designer, frontend, UI, research scientist, senior software engineer, test, and QA. Hiten is a mentor and problem solver who is passionate about creating innovative designs that solve real-world problems.
