Hitesh Jangir is a self-motivated software developer with a strong problem-solving skillset and experience working with Spring Boot, React, Oracle Jet, and a sound knowledge of Object-oriented programming, Data structures, Algorithms, and Java 8. He graduated from the National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, with a B.Tech. degree focused on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), but his interest in software technologies directed and motivated him to do something different. Currently, Hitesh is working as a Software Engineer with Talentica Software in the Talentpool team, focused on developing a new generation highly-customizable HRMS application for in-growth client organizations. He has relevant experience of 2.86 years in the field of Software Engineering. Hitesh has worked as an Associate Applications Developer in the Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) team, where he revamped and modernized User interfaces for multiple banking modules using the Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit (Oracle JET), also improving the overall load time for those modules by using efficient data structures. He has also worked on the prospective user background verification API to fetch additional user data-points to understand user requirements accurately. Hitesh has resolved selenium X-Path collisions by integrating JSON metadata-based software tools to boost automation script development. Hitesh has also worked as a Project Intern at Tishitu Research Consultancy Cell for Industrial Applications, where he worked on Key-Stroke Dynamics for user detection, a concept that describes the applicability of Key-Stroke patterns & pressure applied on the keys of a keyboard to detect the age/identity of a particular person. He has worked on hardware and software side to collect the user Key-Stroke efficiently using piezo sensors and Arduino to process the electric signals collected by piezo sensors and group them accordingly using K-Means Clustering Algorithm. Hitesh is always eager to explore something new & loves to work on challenging projects.
