Hitesh Mehata is a certified Scrum Master with over 11 years of IT experience, eight of which have been dedicated to automation and developing automation frameworks. He is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Pegasystems, where he manages both development and QA teams. Hitesh has a strong understanding of Quality Assurance Concepts and Processes and is an expert in developing and maintaining automation frameworks for GUI, API, and CLI-based applications. He has been selected for the AADHAAR UID project and designed and implemented the automation framework. Hitesh has three years of experience in handling software development for Siteminder Agents and Installers and has established QA, Automation, and Development teams. He has also led a team for high-quality automation and delivering the best quality products. Hitesh has good knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms, as well as the security domain, Identity & Access Management, Access Control Space, and cloud computing. Prior to joining Pegasystems, Hitesh worked as the Director of Software Engineering at Kony and as a Senior Software Development Manager at the same company. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Nagpur University and completed the Foundations of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning program from IIIT Hyderabad in 2019. Hitesh's relevant experience in the industry is 15.95 years, and his tech stack includes QA and Software Engineering.
