Hrishikesh Hulyalkar is an Officer at Citi with over 7 years of experience in the financial industry. He is responsible for monitoring and diarizing all corporate event key dates based on SWIFT MT564, MT566, and MT568 messages received from clearing agents and vendor sources. Prior to Citi, Hrishikesh was an Associate Process Manager at Eclerx, where he led a team of 10 FTEs involved in risk v/s finance reconciliation and reporting. He ensured that all market risk factors present on the bank's live trades are adequately identified, captured, and capitalized as part of the Risk Factor Identification control mechanism. Hrishikesh liaised across the business lines, explaining the major risk factors at cluster level to Market risk heads and business division heads of Fixed Income, Equity, and Methodology for Regulatory Global Market risk reports which goes to FINMA and PRA. He managed stakeholders across CRO, Finance, Front Office, Risk Managers, Methodology, Quant Analysis, Model Validation, and Product Control. Hrishikesh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from BML Munjal University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunications from Mumbai University. He has experience with the Swift tech stack. Hrishikesh has supported SOX audit requirements performed by internal compliance teams and external third parties and has engaged with Product Controllers to resolve the breaks between client Risk and Finance systems within the agreed timelines.
