Hrushikesh Mohanty is a skilled Software Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement. With 1.68 years of relevant experience, he is currently working at iksula as a Software Engineer. Hrushikesh has a strong background in web and mobile development, with expertise in frontend and backend technologies. At iksula, Hrushikesh has been responsible for developing front-end components for e-commerce website pages using ReactJS and other third-party libraries. He has also integrated Redux for better management of user-data across a large scale e-commerce website. Hrushikesh has worked with middleware libraries of Redux-saga and Redux-thunk on two different projects for effective and efficient interaction with resources and make large amount of API requests asynchronously. He has also changed components of the website to mobile-friendly components to increase user engagement. Hrushikesh has added Google Analytics to track the traffic, number of clicks, region with most visitors, etc. on an e-commerce website. He has also implemented Server-Side-Rendering by dynamically loading the HTML elements sent from the backend data onto the ReactJS components. He has managed a team of 5 developers during the absence of a Team Lead from development through Go-live phases, delivering before the deadline. Prior to his current role, Hrushikesh worked as a freelance Web Developer and Game Developer and Designer. He developed and designed static websites for business organizations to be used as Landing Pages for their business. He also programmed dynamic animations using JavaScript libraries for smooth and rich UI experience. As a Game Developer and Designer, he designed and developed mobile games using Unity 5 Engine with scripting in C# along with 2 other colleagues as freelance as well as personal projects. He also designed and developed 3D assets in Blender for clients to use in their game projects. Hrushikesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Excelsior Education Societys K C College of Engineering. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Hrushikesh's technical skills include Redux, ReactJS, JavaScript, UI/UX design, and more. He is always looking for ways to improve his skills and become better than yesterday.
