Ipsita Seth is a Full-time MBA Candidate ‘23 at Mannheim Business School with a passion for automation in the e-commerce, automobile, and fintech industries. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Ipsita has gained several accomplishments while working across multi-platform applications and software. She is experienced in software automation on products, emulators, web applications, and enjoys drinking coffee! Ipsita has displayed leadership skills not only to sustain team relationships but also to sustain better team-client relationships. Currently working at Planful as an SDET II, she has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mindtree. Ipsita has a strong tech stack that includes SDET, web, and software engineering. Ipsita is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Mannheim Business School. She completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from New Horizon College of Engineering in 2015. Ipsita also attended St. Theresa's Convent School for her secondary education. Ipsita is a driven individual who is passionate about utilizing her technical skills to drive business growth.
