Jainam Sanghavi is a serial startup and consumer internet product expert with a passion for putting disruptive technology in the hands of millions. Jainam has accomplished credentials, including straight B's in grads and a successful track record as the Chairperson - Student Leadership & Organizing Council of more than 6000+ students, a role spanning around management, strategy, marketing, and idea development for more than two years. Jainam is a team-oriented leader with experience in manufacturing, supply chain, sales, operations, go-to-market strategy, and analytics. He has a thirst for learning and improving himself, constantly seeking new challenges. Jainam's current role as a Founding Team member at BharatX allows him to leverage his expertise in disruptive technology to bring innovative solutions to the market. Jainam's past experience includes working as a Product Engineer at Premier Engineers, where he developed and designed front fork assembly for TVS-xl, kit bush. He identified new development channels and succeeded in promoting the company and its products/services in the aftermarket. Jainam also implemented TPM - Total Preventive Maintenance, developed scheduling, planning, and OEE module thus improving utilization by 8%, and automated production planning module to optimize for wait time and throughput. Jainam also worked as an intern at Bluestar Engineers. Jainam holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Production Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli, which he completed in 2021. He has a tech stack that includes Parts-of-speech and Software Engineering. Jainam has 1.43 years of relevant experience and is always looking for new challenges to further develop his skills.
