He has over 3 years of relevant experience in HR Transformation, Strategic Planning, Talent, Organization Development, and Workforce Transformation. At KGS, Jainendra has worked on multiple projects across various sectors, including Energy & Water, Food Processing, and Healthcare. He has performed competitor analysis for a Healthcare client through an in-depth market scan, conducted Succession Planning for a Middle East client for the positions of Managers & Section Head in different departments of the organization, and prepared individual talent profiles of employees at managers & section head positions by conducting Competency Assessment Centers. He has also been responsible for preparing Action Plans of Career Development Plans for all departments in the organization. Jainendra's expertise in Human Resource Transformation (HRT) is evident in his creation of end-to-end process maps on VISIO for transforming HR functions and preparation of SOP templates for HR Transformation processes, including TA, Compensation, Learning, Talent Enablement, and Workforce Admin. He has also contributed to the internal domain by leading employee engagement initiatives such as Hobby of the Month, creating dashboards for resource management tools, preparing decks for campus hiring reports, and designing visually appealing communication mailers and posters for employee engagement activities on Figma. Prior to joining KGS, Jainendra worked as a Management Trainee at Darwinbox, where he performed business process mappings on various HR policies encompassing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Reimbursement & Performance based on industry standards to ensure smooth implementation of Darwinbox HCM modules. He also provided train-the-trainer and end-user trainings to achieve maximum user adoption of the product & enhanced user experience. At FarmX, he served as an HR Intern - Talent Acquisition, where he sourced, screened, and qualified candidates for active requisitions using Naukri Recruiter, scheduled interviews of the candidates as per the availability of the business, hired for niche skills, and mapped them in accordance with the process objectives. He also strategized & planned standard operating procedure manuals and travel reimbursement flowcharts for the hiring policy. Jainendra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from DTU. He completed his Senior Secondary School education in Physics, Chemistry
