Jaspreet Kaur is an accomplished HR professional with over 7 years of experience in HRBP roles across a diverse range of organizations. She has worked with SMEs, MNCs, unicorns, and startups, gaining a multifaceted understanding of various HR gamuts, including talent management, ELCM, strategic HR, employer branding, campus relations, process setup, and HR automation. Jaspreet is well-versed in working with fast-paced organizations and agile environments, managing people-focused large-scale HR projects with high-impact value, and partnering with CXOs to drive organizational goals and people initiatives. Currently, Jaspreet is heading the entire HRBP piece in a team handling role of a D2C farm fresh produce delivery brand with a 1500+ strong workforce, reporting to HR Head. Previously, she was Manager HR for Technology Vertical at Jai Kisan 'Bharat Khata', a rural and agri-focused neo bank, where she was instrumental in scaling up the tech team in a couple of months, led campus recruiting from IITs and top engineering institutes for software developers, data science & product management enthusiasts, and implemented ATS and reward programs as key projects. Prior to that, Jaspreet worked as an HRBP for OLA, where she was responsible for business excellence, service delivery, and CoE & PE. She also has experience working in Concentrix and CMA CGM. Jaspreet has a postgraduate program in executive leadership development (PGPEL) from SCMld, a diploma in management from IGNOU, and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Bio-Informatics from Panjab University. She is skilled in data science, product management, and senior software engineering.
