Jatin Sharma is a Business Analyst at RipenApps with expertise in requirement gathering, business analysis, and knowledge of software testing and software development life cycle (SDLC). He has hands-on experience in wireframing and making Scope of Work (SOW) for various domains like E-commerce, On-demand, Multivendor, Single vendor e-commerce, and E-learning. Jatin has worked on different wireframing tools like Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Figma, Marvel, and more. Currently, Jatin is a part of the Business Analyst team at RipenApps and is working as a pre and post-sales business analyst. He has experience in wireframing and making SOW for various domains. In the past, Jatin has worked with HCL as an Analyst in Infrastructure & Operations and was deployed in the Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) project in the Data Center team as a Technician of Sweden (Europe) IT team of the project. He has knowledge of the Splunk tool for checking KPIs and services for various servers and checking the alerts on it. Jatin also has intermediate knowledge of the ServiceNow tool. Jatin has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida, and has completed his Senior Secondary education from Delhi Public School, NTPC Vidyut Nagar. He also has a High School degree from Delhi Public School, NTPC Vidyut Nagar. Jatin's tech stack includes test, software engineering, and infrastructure. He has relevant experience of 3.78 years.
