Jeffin Kizhakathil is a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate with a passion for finding and hiring the best tech talent for start-ups in India. He is currently working with MetaMorph, an HR advisory unit incubated by Blume Ventures, where he is responsible for hiring top-notch tech professionals for some of the best upcoming technology start-ups in the country. Jeffin has previously interned with renowned organizations like KPMG India, ICICI Prudential Life, and IFFCO as an HR intern. He has a Master's degree in International Business from SDA Bocconi Asia Center and a background in Pharmacy. In his current role at MetaMorph, Jeffin aims to solve problems faced exclusively by Blume Ventures' portfolio start-ups early into their journey. He introduces founders to like-minded professionals through a unique array of networks, initiatives, and branding activities. With innovative solutions, he reinvents how founders hire talent, retain employees, and develop their unique brand to become the employer of choice. Jeffin has experience working as a Human Resources Trainee with KPMG India, where he provided end-to-end support to the Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Team. He was responsible for sourcing candidates to meet mandate requirements through Naukri.com, conducting initial phone screening of the candidates, and coordinating with the candidates and the recruitment team to create interview schedules. He has also worked as a Content Marketing Intern with Sodo, where he curated content for the company LinkedIn page to increase brand visibility and engagement and developed creative and SEO-optimized content for the company website. Jeffin's education includes a Master's degree in International Business from SDA Bocconi Asia Center, a Bachelor of Pharmacy from A.R. College of Pharmacy & G.H.P. Institute of Pharmacy, V.V.Nagar (SFI) 202, and a 12th and 10th from Krishna International School and St.Xavier's High School, Adipur, respectively. With 3.27 years of relevant experience, Jeffin is a talented and dedicated professional who is committed to finding the best talent for start-ups in India.
