Jigish Vyas is a software developer co-op at Mappedin, who is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Computing from the University of Windsor. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Jigish is seeking new grad opportunities for 2022. At Mappedin, Jigish has designed and developed APIs for Android, iOS, and React Native mobile SDKs using Kotlin, Swift, and Typescript, respectively. He has consistently followed TDD while developing new features, addressing technical debt, and implementing review feedback. He has identified bugs, flaws, and defects for API improvement and enhancement by manually testing them. Prior to Mappedin, Jigish has worked as a Contact Center Interviewer at CCI Resources/CCI Research Inc. for the Alberta Education project, where he conducted the Parent survey over the phone as per survey protocol and procedures. He has also accurately coded the callback information in the system by taking client responses. Jigish has also worked as a Software Developer at Gateway Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. (Gateway Group of Companies), where he developed mobile applications using React Native and iOS as per the requirements. He has designed the screens programmatically and worked on the frontend logic. Jigish has also developed and maintained the company's internal cafeteria app. Jigish has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Parul Institute of Engg. and Tech., Limda, Vaghodia 037, and his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Bright Day School. He is expected to complete his Master's degree in Applied Computing from the University of Windsor in December 2021.
