Jinesh Dalal is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. He has a proven track record in delivery, operations, project management, and client relationship management. Currently, Jinesh is the Head/Vice President of Technology Solutions at C-Metric, where he oversees business development, operations, delivery, and overall P&L for the Technology Business Unit. Jinesh has successfully managed custom development and maintenance projects in multicultural and distributed team environments in onshore/offshore delivery models. He has set up and managed development centers, project and delivery management, client relationship management, and IT infra management. He has also established new business practices, exploring new business segments, and successfully managed more than 100 offshore clients during his overall career span. Jinesh has a strong background in IT operations, tactical and strategic IT planning, new setup, software delivery management, account management, senior-level project management, organizational strategy, resource/team management, pre-sales/requirement analysis/proposal creation, and vendor/client negotiations & contract development. He has successfully set up the IT infrastructure for the Treasury Desk at Adani Group, which involved implementation of hardware, network, VPN, trading software, and providing live data feeds from providers like Bloomberg, Moneyline Telerate, MCX, NCDX, etc. Jinesh has also held leadership positions in other organizations, including Clarion Technologies and Gateway Technolabs, where he was responsible for heading the Ahmedabad Delivery Center, leading the Mobility Division, client coordination, retention, and issue handling, among others. Jinesh holds an MBA from B.K. School of Professional and Management Studies and Gujarat University, and a B.E. in Civil Engineering and Structures from L.D College of Engineering. Jinesh's technical expertise includes Web, infra, and Mobile, and he has relevant experience of 22.53 years.
