Jishnu Nair is a Software Engineer with a passion for building intelligent applications using Python Programming Language, Machine Learning, NLP, and other emerging technologies. He has a strong inclination towards solving real-world business problems by combining his creativity and innovation to find novel solutions. Currently, Jishnu is working as an SDE-2 (AI/ML) at ServiceNow, Hyderabad, where he is part of the Digital Customer Experience Advanced AI/VA Team. In this role, he has worked on the BERT Semantic Search to provide resources to Virtual Agent Users, created and maintained Virtual Agent Topics and NLU, and developed ServiceNow-based solutions. Jishnu has also interned at Digital Alpha, where he worked with different clients to create data-driven products. As a Machine Learning Intern at DBS Partners, he designed and developed machine learning applications, trained and evaluated models, built, improved, and extended machine learning capabilities, and researched and evaluated new/different approaches to machine learning problems. He also organized MECMUN 2018, a National level Model United Nations conference, as the Secretary General of the event. Jishnu holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Model Engineering College, where he graduated in 2020. He has experience working with a wide range of technologies, including Software Engineering, ML, AI, BERT, NLU, NLP, Python, Search, and Research Scientist. With 2.87 years of relevant experience, Jishnu is a highly skilled professional who is always eager to learn and apply new technologies to solve complex problems.
