Jitendra Kushwaha is a seasoned Business Consultant with over 9 years of experience in helping business leaders with process analysis and key business insights. Currently, he is working as a Sr. Solution Engineer at Prohance, where he is responsible for initiating and developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development. He also creates powerful POCs for prospects and customers, builds and delivers custom made industry-specific demos for new prospects and clients, and prepares short-term and long-term presales plans, approaches, and strategies. Prior to his current role, Jitendra has worked as a Business Analyst at Cloudnix Software Labs, where he connected globally to merchants who signed up on the Shopnix platform over phone, chat, and webinars. He established a relationship with customers and helped them understand the value of going online at the Shopnix platform. He also educated new customers on the product/service with the help of Team viewer, Skype, etc. and helped customers choose the right plan and subscription to start with Shopnix and set up their online store. Jitendra has also worked as a Technical Presales Engineer at Prudent System Pvt Ltd, where he was accountable for identifying and generating new business through existing prospective clients and achieving profitability and increased sales growth. He was responsible for coordinating with the design department and higher management team for the demand for new products in the market. He also set up meetings with potential clients and listened to their wishes and concerns. Jitendra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
