Juraj Gago is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Simplicity, a fast-growing tech startup that helps cities become smart. Simplicity is a city management communication platform for iOS and Android, operating in more than 120 cities and counting. Juraj leads the Simplicity startup, which simplifies lives in cities by helping residents get trusted and reliable information, fight misinformation, and build a sense of community. In 2020 and 2021, Simplicity raised one of the largest pre-seed and seed investments in the region from VCs and Angels to expand into the USA. This is an eight-digit amount that they want to use wisely, firstly for the recruitment of the best talents at home in Europe and subsequently for the expansion abroad. Simplicity is used by major cities in the US, including NYC, Miami, Denver, Austin, and 50 more. Juraj's past experience includes co-founding Perry Talents, a leading pre-seed startup accelerator based in Central European capitals Bratislava and Prague. Perry Talents is a non-profit organization that helps startups become companies by providing a six-month-long complex program. Startups gain knowledge from their partners Microsoft, Google, Deloitte, Asseco Central Europe, etc., offices for free, financial education, and investment opportunities from 50K-500K euros. Juraj has a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus, Denmark, and Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He also has a High School Diploma from Gymnázium Ľudovíta Štúra v Trenčíne and attended West Aurora High School in Illinois, USA. Juraj's relevant experience in the tech stack includes Android and iOS, and he has been in the industry for 0.27 years. He is fortunate to have a great team behind him and is still a long way to go in achieving his goals.
