Jyoti Pandey is a highly skilled and experienced Member of Technical Staff at VMware, with a passion for excelling in the field of information technology. With over 8 years of relevant experience, Jyoti has a strong background in software engineering, web development, infrastructure, and research science. In her current role at VMware, Jyoti is responsible for building SDN in virtualized data centers using VMware NSX, a network virtualization solution. She is an expert in constructing virtual networks, including switches, ports, routers, firewalls, etc., and in provisioning and managing them independently of the underlying hardware. Jyoti has previously worked as a Software Developer at Microsoft, where she worked on SCOM, a monitoring solution that is part of the “System Center” suite. She has also worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Nokia Networks, where she was responsible for user requirement analysis, problem-solving, designing and developing software, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. Jyoti holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Advanced Computing from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), as well as a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Technology and Management.
