Kalyan Gautham is a visionary entrepreneur, climate activist, and social innovator who has made a name for himself in the startup world. As the Founder and CEO of WATT, he has built the world's first platform for virtual marches, political rallies, and charity walks, which aims to unite people from all over the world behind the causes they believe in. Kalyan is passionate about helping social and environmental initiatives, including Fridays For Future, organize virtual charity walks and marches to raise awareness and funds for their causes. Within just two months of launching the product, he mobilized people from over 37 countries. Kalyan is also the recipient of numerous awards and recognition from prestigious organizations such as the World Economic Forum, Al Gore's Climate Reality Leadership Corps, and the TEDx community. He has been recognized by American seed accelerator Y Combinator, Singapore-based VC firm Antler, Draper University, Stanford GSB, and the Startup Leadership Program for his contributions to the startup ecosystem. Prior to founding WATT, Kalyan served as the Innovation and Global Startups Expert at GLEOW, where he provided personalized coaching, consulting, and advising to leaders, team players, and businesses. He also served as a Startup Mentor at the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre. Kalyan holds a degree in Entrepreneurship from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from NIT Surat. With over 10 years of relevant experience, he has developed Trotting, an innovative method of encouraging progressive commitment and action for issues, causes, and products among platform users. Kalyan's passion for social impact, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset, make him a force to be reckoned with in the startup world.
