Karthik Sivakumar is a highly experienced Data Product Leader with a proven track record of leading teams across functions, geographies, and industries. He is currently serving as the Head of Data Products at Pine Labs, where he manages and leads the global analytics team for PayPal Business Financing Solutions Group. Karthik has an extensive background in Analytics and Data Science and has worked with various organizations to establish strategic and operating plans. He has also defined and built analytical frameworks such as the Ecosystem Halo model, CLV, and Geo-expansion to aid growth of up to 50% YoY. Before joining Pine Labs, Karthik was the Head of Consumer Decision Science at Glassdoor, where he built and led a team of 10 Decision Scientists to support marketing, mobile app, user content, SEO, and consumer experience and growth teams. He was also a key member of the team that enabled Glassdoor's strategic transition to Knowledge Worker recruitment. Karthik has also worked with PayPal as the Head of Analytics for PayPal Working Capital, where he managed and led the global analytics team and used internal data to analyze and establish 3-year strategic and operating plans. He was also a key member of the acquisition/integration team to purchase/partnership team to evaluate and expand suite of offerings in US, BR, UK, ES, FR, and DE. Karthik has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Anna University. He is highly skilled in integration, computer vision, NLP, ML, data science, mobile, AWS, Python, ETL, and web technologies.
