Kesha K. Kaneria is a highly motivated and collaborative Research Intern at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, with a passion for improving management and organizing tasks for long-term successful outcomes. With experience in organizing events and fests at her college campus, Kesha is an influential and diplomatic communicator who builds productive relationships with people. She has a strong power of leading groups and teams to work healthily, and her passion lies in motivating and encouraging people. Kesha has a feeling of giving back to the community by mentoring students, contributing in open source projects, and organizing sessions and workshops for people. Kesha is a Google Developers Student Club Lead, where she facilitated 30 days of Google Cloud for her campus RRU, teaching students from basics to deployment to help them understand the intricacies of GCP. She also served as an Open Source Leader at Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology, where she maintained Anita B. org Forms projects (web+backend) and conducted weekly meetings for regular updates and future work planning. Kesha's relevant experience includes 2.44 years of work in the field of Research Scientist, ML, Data Scientist, GCP, Backend, and Web. Kesha holds a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science & Engineering with specialization in Cybersecurity from Rashtriya Raksha University, India (formerly Raksha Shakti University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India). She completed her schooling from Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Vidyamandir, with a 91.6% score in Class 12th and a 10 CGPA score in Class 10th.
