Keshav Nargunde is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the digital mobility industry. Currently, he serves as the Country Manager, Digital Strategy for Workshop Business in India at Bosch Ltd. In this role, he is responsible for driving the growth of the company's digital workshop business in India by developing and implementing innovative digital strategies. Prior to his current role, Keshav worked as a Manager, Strategy and Operations, Digital Services for Mobility Aftermarket- Miconic at Bosch. In this role, he played a key role in defining the business model and developing it by working closely with technology teams in integrating physical and digital offerings for a first-of-its-kind digital platform by Bosch India. He also led the business development function to ensure enhanced services to digitally connected 2 wheeler vehicle riders and independent workshops. Keshav also served as Deputy Manager, Marketing (Product Specialist) at Bosch, where he was responsible for ensuring turnover as well as gross margin for highest contributor products in the company's product portfolio. He initiated product launches by evaluating market needs and demand forecasting for smooth coordination between plant and field teams. He defined go-to-market plans for the products and ensured their proper execution by the channel sales team. He was also responsible for managing the product lifecycle, including marketing, product promotions, price positioning vis-à-vis competitors for given products, and training field teams on technical aspects of products as well as new features of our products with respect to competition. Keshav holds a PGP in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. He is a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and excellent leadership skills.
