Kishor Pant is a founding member of QuizyGames and a solution architect with expertise in Amazon Web Services. He is a technology enthusiast with a passion for learning and expanding his knowledge. With over 7 years of relevant experience, he has proven himself to be a valuable asset to any organization he works with. Currently, Kishor is working as a technical lead at Quizy, where he collaborates with businesses to identify opportunities for process and data automation. He creates short-term and long-term design solutions and prototypes, leveraging emerging technologies to identify the right set of technology and create a product strategy. Kishor is also responsible for creating a continuous delivery plan, defining the scope, costs, and timelines for updating existing products and implementing new products. He oversees architecture and design of technically robust, flexible, and scalable solutions and drives a culture of innovation. He also creates clear career paths for team members and sets up the organization and processes to enable timely delivery of projects with high quality. Prior to joining Quizy, Kishor worked as a technology lead at Spido7, a gaming company. Here, he developed product optimizations, managed cloud services and operatives, enhanced technical and feature applications, and managed tasks for better experience. He also worked on security and deployment using Bamboo and CI/CD pipelines and created an application stream content delivery system. Kishor also worked as a senior software engineer at Paylo, which was acquired by Immortal Technologies. Here, he was responsible for handling a team of developers, guiding them on smart codes, innovating and researching WebRTC/WebSocket, and implementing AWS solutions. Kishor holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad. He possesses a diverse tech stack that includes senior software engineering, web development, AI, CI/CD, integration, PHP, backend development, AWS, software engineering, .NET, testing, product management, Java, Docker, JavaScript, research science, MongoDB, microservices, Flask, mobile development, and frontend development.
