Komal Maheshwari is an experienced DevOps Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the telecomm industry. She is skilled in AWS, Oracle Database, Jenkins, Github, Ansible, Unix, Shell scripting, Docker & Kubernetes. Currently, she is working as a DevOps Engineer at Amdocs, a product-based company in the telecom domain. Her main responsibilities include deploying Amdocs products on development and site environments, working on the CI/CD flow for deployment using AWS as a cloud service, Nexus, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible & deployment of the code till production using automation, SSL certificate setup, and reverse proxy configuration. Komal has worked on Solr and Zookeeper configuration and is proficient in troubleshooting/debugging Weblogic environment and related issues in Prod and Test Environments. She has also written UNIX shell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks and automated tasks via Jenkins. Komal has knowledge in the creation of Managed Servers in Weblogic, deploying EAR, and monitoring of servers using Weblogic administration. She has experience in deployment of Cluster environments and tuning of Application servers. Komal has created documents like Installation Guides, Runbook, and Integration Guide. She has also installed and configured Amdocs OSS products such as SFO, ARM, USM & ANN, created, maintained, and monitored Oracle Databases, and configured & set up Cloudera, SOMA & Grafana. She has visited client locations in Melbourne, Australia, Hull city, United Kingdom, and Kenya, Africa for client production setup activities. Prior to working at Amdocs, Komal worked as an ETL & PLSQL Developer at Tech Mahindra. Her responsibilities included understanding business requirements, scheduling workflows, troubleshooting failures, and intensive hands-on in PL/SQL Dynamic queries, procedure, function, view, etc. She has received Bravo awards, Pat on the back awards, and appreciation directly from the client during her tenure at Tech Mahindra. Komal completed her B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Technology and Engineering, Udaipur in 2013.
