Lalit Khattar is a seasoned Product Manager with a strong technical background and a deep focus on customer problem discovery, problem solving, execution, and adoption. With 5 years of proven experience in the B2B SaaS enterprise market, Lalit has a track record of delivering successful products that meet the needs of customers. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Chargebee, Lalit's role has only increased since the acquisition of numberz, which is now called "Chargebee Receivables." He is responsible for focusing on the global SaaS market and ensuring that Chargebee's product offerings meet the needs of customers worldwide. In his previous role as a Product Manager at numberz, Lalit led the core product, an account receivables and collections software for enterprise and mid-market segments in India. He helped build the MVP of the product, which is used by 50 enterprise customers like Bluedart, Konica Minolta, and others. He defined the product roadmap for the modules he owned, such as auto-reminder, CRM engine, and more. Lalit owned multiple modules from ideation to execution/delivery and adoption, collaborating across clients and internal cross-functional teams for gathering business requirements. He delivered simplified user stories, high-level tech design, UI mockups, and testing strategy. Lalit also successfully delivered a Tally Connector that syncs invoicing/ledger data from Tally to numberz. His goal was to understand how Tally works, translate that into a functional requirement, do UAT with early customers, and iterate on it. Lalit holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He has relevant experience of 8.95 years and possesses skills in product management, testing, and UI.
