Latha Guthi PMP® is an experienced engineering leader with over 16 years of experience in quality and data analytics. She is currently working at Finastra, where she leads teams in the streams of data analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning, cutting across products in the corporate banking business vertical. Latha strongly believes that innovation is key to unlocking the potential of digitalization, and her goal is to transform innovative ideas from the ideation stage to a product state. Latha is an AI/ML enthusiast and wants to leverage her experience in machine learning and deep learning to solve a variety of business problems in corporate and retail banking. She has won awards in an internal hackathon event organized by Finastra twice. In 2015, she won the award for the best business idea, and in 2018, she won the award for the best innovative idea to adopt AI (ML) technology. Latha is an alumni of Birla Institute of Technology (BITS, Pilani) with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. She has mentored at NASSCOM WWRT and has worked as a principal quality engineer at Finastra in the past. Currently, she holds the position of Principal Software Engineer at Finastra. Latha's tech stack includes AI, software engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and QA. With 19.36 years of relevant experience, Latha is a skilled professional who is passionate about driving innovation and leveraging the latest technologies to solve complex business problems.
