Madhuri C. is a Head of HR & Recruitment at Eridium Digital, a Digital Marketing agency that helps brands to enhance their value across reputation, reach, and interest. Her key responsibilities included sourcing incredible engineering talent and strengthening the outbound pipeline through candidate outreach in a variety of channels across Angelist, LinkedIn, etc. She also represented Fulfil at local startup events in the Bangalore startup scene to find and recruit passive candidates, conducted interviews, and managed candidate progression through the recruitment pipeline. Additionally, Madhuri designed company policies and procedures, oversaw payroll and performance evaluation systems, collaborated cross-functionally to ensure timeliness of each client deliverable, and worked on ad hoc special projects to help the overall business needs. Madhuri also worked as a Fulfillment Manager at Shiningstar Consultants Pvt Ltd, where she was responsible for ensuring that all orders were fulfilled on time and that the inventory tracker was up-to-date. She scheduled pickups, tracked all orders fulfilled the previous day before 2 pm, reviewed and resolved any warehouse questions about orders/PS/labels, and followed up on subrequest orders. Madhuri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Sikkim Manipal University, and completed her High School education at Naveena Vidyaniketan, Guntur. She has a strong tech stack in product management and is actively looking for people with Digital Marketing experience.
