Manish Sharma is an experienced AVP Mobile Technology with over 10 years of experience in the field. He has a diverse skill set that includes Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, and more. Manish started his career at Techdigita, where he led a team of 10 developers as an intern. This experience sparked his interest in leading teams and working constructively with people across technology and business, and across levels of seniority. Over the years, Manish has specialized in Android development, having developed more than 100+ Android apps across categories such as entertainment, utility, education, and photography. He has also developed libraries to help developers monetize their apps on App Store and Play Store, and libraries to help advertisers track the performance of their ads. Currently, Manish works at crofarm as an AVP Mobile Technology. Prior to this, he worked at Kiddopia as a Director of Engineering and at Revv as a Senior Engineering Manager. At Kiddopia, he took complete ownership of the engineering team, building teams on various technologies to expedite the delivery of various exciting features. At Revv, he led the engineering team while personally developing the Android apps. Manish's role at crofarm involves working with the founders and senior management to co-develop the product roadmap, managing all engineering projects on an end-to-end basis, making sure that the engineering team is always doing exciting stuff and learning new things, interfacing with external partners on both technical and commercial matters, and personally developing, testing, and maintaining 3 Android apps. Manish holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bharat Institute of Technology, Meerut, and a High School degree in Science from Vardhman Academy. He has a relevant experience of 10.78 years and is skilled in Mobile, Android, iOS, Senior Software Engineer, Flutter, test, Web, Software Engineer, and React Native. Manish is also passionate about mentoring his team and evaluating various SAAS products in the industry that can empower their product ideas and can be transformed into a deliverable product quickly.
