Manoj Agarwal is a highly skilled Verification and Validation Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the field. He specializes in Functional Testing for Automotive and Aerospace applications, with a proficiency in Software Testing, Test Automation, and Test Management. Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at CNH Industrial, Manoj is responsible for Test Case design and implementation in Polrion, Test Case automation in Pytest Framework, Regression Testing, and Resting. He also reviews and updates Test specifications, ensuring traceability with requirements, and delivers Test summary and reports. Prior to CNH Industrial, Manoj worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Valeo, where he was responsible for ADAS ECU Testing on HIL Setup, Test Case design, implementation, and execution (manual and automation), Test Coverage analysis for Regression and Delta validation, Test specifications review and update including traceability with requirements, and Test summary and report delivery. He also facilitated and ensured compliance with internal and external quality audits. Manoj has also worked as a Senior R&D Engineer at Magneti Marelli, where he coordinated the SW testing team of B9PA Instrument Cluster Project.
