Manoj Nakum is a UX Architect at Koru UX Design with a passion for creating seamless and delightful experiences for users. He believes that great design is where user's needs meet business strategy and leverages his experience designing for various screens and domains to understand the opportunities and limits of each platform. Manoj is self-aware of the impact his solutions have on people's lives, which is why he always gives his best to create a positive impact. He is transitioning towards UX design and research because he became frustrated by how people were often prisoners to poorly designed products that made their lives more difficult. With over 2.79 years of relevant experience, Manoj has worked with top companies like Mastercard and National Information Technology Company, Kuwait. At Mastercard, he worked closely with stakeholders to identify problems, designed and validated workflows and interfaces through iterations, conducted A/B testing of design ideas with real customers, and governed design principles and accessibility. At National Information Technology Company, Kuwait, he gathered requirements from stakeholders, created user journeys alongside PMT, made iterative designs, presented to managers, converted prototypes into a responsive web layout, and helped developers understand accessibility and implement it. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Gujarat Technological University and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Atmiya Institute of Technology & Science. Apart from work, Manoj enjoys capturing the beauty of the world and enjoying it. His tech stack includes skills like senior software engineering, design, research, mobile, test, UI, and web.
